Swiss Volunteers is aimed at event organisers from the fields of sport and culture, who or which are able to hold their event only thanks to volunteers and who/which would like to coordinate and show appreciation for the commitment of their volunteers as effectively as possible.
What do I have to do in order to work together with Swiss Volunteers?
Event organisers from the fields of sport and culture can register directly on the Swiss Volunteers platform and handle the administration for one or more events via the platform. The registration and conclusion of the contract are carried out directly on the platform so that you can start with the administrative tasks straight away.
Do all volunteers have to register on the platform?
The administration for existing and newly acquired volunteers is, without exception carried out via the platform. This enables you to retain an overview, at all times, of all assignments and reduces the administrative workload and expense. In addition, you can communicate by e-mail and SMS with all volunteers and employees centrally via the platform. Everyone included in the admin can access their assignment plan at any time via the platform.
How can groups or businesses register for my event?
Through links that can be created individually, you can quickly and intuitively configure the registration process for non-profit organisations or businesses which would like to support you with volunteers. On the platform, you can generate a specific registration link for every organisation, so that you always know which volunteer belongs to which organisation.
